About our Function Room<\/span><\/h2><\/div>[vc_column_text]Situated on the lower ground floor of Hennesseys Bar our room is perfect for all types of celebrations and events and is completely private with its own facilities.\u00a0 Ideal for birthday parties, Engagements, Christenings, Funerals, corporate events, club nights & fundraisers.<\/p>\n

We do accommodate events where guests are charged to attend. Subwoofer speakers are not permitted.<\/span><\/p>\n

Capacity<\/strong><\/p>\n

The maximum capacity of the room is 150 people.\u00a0 The room contains pub style tables and chairs with seating for up to 100 people. Capacity varies dependent on requirements and room set up, we can discuss your individual requirements with you.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″]

Pricing information<\/div>

Room Hire Charges<\/span><\/h2><\/div>
<\/div>[vc_column_text]Standard hire is for up to 6 hours with a staffed bar.\u00a0 Rates are reduced if a minimum spend is achieved.<\/p>\n

The minimum spend includes all purchases made at the bar at your event and any prebooked buffet purchases.\u00a0 Refunds are provided within 48 hours after your function subject to terms & conditions.[\/vc_column_text]

Audio\u00a0 and Visual<\/span><\/h3>[vc_tta_accordion active_section=”983″ collapsible_all=”true”][vc_tta_section title=”Audio” tab_id=”1683022879928-e39569c7-d418″][vc_column_text]You can connect to our sound system using a Mini jack to standard phono cable.\u00a0 This is suitable for background level music or presentations.\u00a0 You are welcome to arrange to come in ahead of your function to test the equipment.<\/p>\n

This is not suitable for DJs and bands, they would need to supply their own sound system.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Visual” tab_id=”1683022930088-abca1e93-650a”][vc_column_text]The room has 7 TVs.\u00a0 You can connect your device to all of the TVs using a standard HDMI cable[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Microphone” tab_id=”1683022958775-d36e762d-e8be”][vc_column_text]We can supply a microphone for speeches.\u00a0 We do charge \u00a3100 deposit for this, which is fully refundable on the return of the microphone.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Background music” tab_id=”1683023014380-f6dbbc92-7c73″][vc_column_text]There is background music available to play as standard in the room.\u00a0 This will have set playlists that you are unable to change.\u00a0 If you want to play your own playlist you can do so by connecting your own device to the system.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][\/vc_tta_accordion]

Please do not stick anything to walls where there is wallpaper and ensure all gas canisters must be removed by yourself or your supplier.<\/p>\n

Please discuss access requirements with us direct, we will always aim to accommodate the needs of your suppliers but always check with us first that the room is available.<\/p>\n
